In this class, you will learn how to identify cardiac arrest and intervene to increase the victim's chance of survival.
Immediately identifying cardiac arrest and initiating CPR are crucial steps in a successful resuscitation. Additionally, using an AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) can reverse the lethal heart rhythm that is causing the cardiac arrest.
Training will also include how to identify and begin treating life threatening injuries, applying tourniquets, controlling hemorrhages, assisting in medical emergencies such as strokes, heart attacks and much more.
